We fully comply with Owner’s Safety Management System requirements. We familiarize each seafarer before despatch. Accepted candidates know where they are going and what to expect.
We serve clients’ training needs with tailor made requirements such as ECDIS type specific certification and English CES and Marlins testing.
We have three in-house trainers who work with seafarers on particular vessel deck / engine familiarization and SMS. We also focus on soft skills, such as cultural management and social integration, coping with distance and leadership skills. We support seafarers in understanding long term career development.
